Dear handball friends,
With a real sadness organizing commitee of the 4th MASTERS HANDBALL WORLD CUP has decided to CANCEL the next edition of the tournament which was already resheduled from May to September 2020.
Taking into consideration current situation with pandemic corona-virus which MHWC team following from the beginning of the crisis in February, we have to take such a decision in order of SAFETY and HEALTH of all participants, players, coaches and the fans, which should pass for the first time number of 1.000 in Omis.
We have been waiting until the two months before the start of the 4th MHWC in order to do everything as possible to guarantee the best conditions for all our guests, but at the end, situation didn’t become better and it is difficult to predict what will happen in the upcoming period.
Unfortunately, year 2020 isn’t the one which wIll stay in a good memory of all of us.
However, we are glad to announce that new dates for 4th MASTERS HANDBALL WORLD CUP 2021 will be May 13-16.
MHWC had more than 50 teams from 20 countries registered for edition 2020. We hope to make this number even bigger in May 2021!
